They've trolled me real good, sent me a key and download links to Max Payne 3 and 25GB's later I have no password to extract the files. Off to PayPal I go to dispute my transaction. I suggest you do the same.

I believe they said elsewhere on the website that they had to stop the auto key function as they had lots of people trying to scam them. To combat the scammers they are confirming with Paypal that the purchases are legit thus the small wait until you get your key. No big deal for me at least. I didn't mind the wait.

You're supposed to email them for a download link; I, too, however, have been waiting more than the advertised '2-5' minutes for a serial key, though.
